Aroma with a wonderful bouquet of crushed chalk, lemon oil, crisp green apple, white flowers and brioche.

Taste

The palate is medium to rich, dense and sharp, with bright acids, a dense core and a lively mousse, ending with a long, chalky and dry finish.
