Deep, complex and very elegant aroma. Intense notes of red fruits (cherry and currant) coexist with aromas typical of long contact with the lees (brioche and butter).

Taste

The palate reveals a magnificent structure surrounded by a pleasant effervescence that caresses the palate, filling it with wonderful sensations. Extraordinarily creamy, it seems surprisingly fresh considering its long ageing. Its persistence is noticeable and leaves us with memories of exquisite pastries, nuts and cherries, as well as a mineral background.
