Description
White sturgeon produces caviar when it is about 17 years old. The taste is rich and oily, reminiscent of Siberian sturgeon caviar. The diameter of the caviar is from 2.7 to 3.3 mm. The color is rich black or dark gray. The caviar has a very delicate taste with a unique aftertaste, which is achieved thanks to the pure spring water where the sturgeon is grown. The caviar is packed in vacuum jars specially designed to preserve its freshness.
