Description
"Belstar" Cuvee Rose Extra Dry is a pink sparkling wine with light fruity and floral aromas. A fairly large vineyard with the beautiful name "Belstar" is located on the outskirts of the historical region of Prosecco, where a cool climate reigns. It is here, on the soft hills with a beautiful southern exposure, at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level, where the grapes of the varieties Merlot, Pinot Nero and Sauvignon Blanc are grown. Harvested in the second half of September, cold maceration on the skins and fermentation takes place. Sparkling wine "Belstar" Cuvée Rose Extra Dry is an excellent aperitif, it will go well with light snacks, fruits, caviar and savory desserts.
