Taste

Cognac has a complex aroma, which first reveals enveloping shades of dried fruits (pears, figs), which are replaced by deeper notes of black pepper and chocolate. The aroma is soft with spicy notes of cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. The scent also captures light oak tones.
