Color

Beautiful rich dark brown color with a golden hue.

Scent

The aroma immediately becomes seductive, reminiscent of the temporary colors of the Enmore speakers. A handful of nuts come to the fore, covered in still-smoking caramel. They ignite the white wood and make it vibrate, sticking and imprinting in the nostrils like warm resin.

Taste

The palate is quite seductive, with soft, toasty presidential oak effects and typical vanilla notes. Add to this a very fluid and slightly round texture and you have a very light and approachable Demerara. The nuts are well developed and generously coated with caramel and molasses.
