Its colour is deep amber.

Scent

Great fruit, all pineapple, guava, passion fruit and mango mingled with tar liqueur and brine. Some sweet old herbal liqueurs, garnet molasses and a hint of grassy olive oil and various typical notes of mineral oil, cough medicine and soft sooty touches. Classic and brilliant.

Taste

Tropical fruit salad mixed with soot, lemon olive oil, dried herbs, wet pebbles and seawater. This wonderful meandering path that passes between fruit, coastal mineral tones and farmyard notes. The finish is filled with notes of lemon jelly, mineral salts, smoked herring and hints of smoked bacon, passion fruit syrup and sheep's wool.
