Compatibility

Great neat or on the rocks.

Color

It has a beautiful coppery brown color.

Scent

Slightly peaty, with sea spray and a nice minerality. Dark chocolate, honey, a little pepper and lemon follow. It's also a little floral, this aroma is actually quite delicate.

Taste

Medium peaty now, of course, in a medicinal style. Paprika powder, green pepper and an impression of earthy litter counter citrus oil and grapefruit, melon and raisins.
