An opulent, fine wine with plummy, cedar wood aromas and rich black cherry and mocha flavours. Made from mostly Sangiovese and Merlot grown in the Conca d'Oro, arguably the best part of Chianti Classico, and aged in French oak.
Delicate taste of the wine, fruity, with notes of raspberries, cherries and currants, complemented by nuances of spice and a long aftertaste.
Beef and Venison.
