The fruity component of the wine's aroma is expressed by hints of cherry, blackberry, plum and red currant, which stand out well against the background of tones of fried hazelnuts, black pepper, olives, cinnamon, tobacco and fried eggplant.
The seductive taste of the wine has a pleasant body and silky tannins. Generous notes of cocoa and cherry liqueur are accompanied by hints of herbs, black pepper, bay leaf, coffee, mint, chocolate and nutmeg.
It will be an excellent accompaniment for cheeses and various red meat dishes. It can also be served with fried mullet garnished with green peas.
