Compatibility

Wine is recommended to submit to the traditional local cuisine, such as suckling lamb - roasted or in a kebab on a bed of vine. Also ideal for wine stew with mushrooms, or more complex stews, such as venison stew with bitter chocolate.

Color

Wine cherry red color with a high gloss and purple fringing. Looks very beautiful and deep wine.

Scent

The rich palette of shades in the aroma of wine captures the senses. At the start, the tone of ripe red berries combined with notes of cedar and tobacco.

Taste

The taste of wine is strong, enveloping, juicy and very durable. Strong tannins accompanied by shades of ripe fruit and subtle notes of tobacco. Easy tartness initially hides extraordinary quality and taste terrific potential.
