Wine will be an excellent accompaniment to red meat dishes, such as Charolais with morels, goes well with truffles, royal hare, mature cheeses (Chambertin, Epuisse).
The wine has a dark garnet red color.
Quite concentrated aroma of wine is filled with typical notes of black berries, licorice, undergrowth, humus and cherry nuances.
The taste of the wine is rich, full-bodied, voluminous, with a smooth texture, excellent balance, moderate, well-integrated tannins, pleasant acidity, hints of cherry, spice, walnut and a long aftertaste.
