The aroma is rich. Soft, juicy cherries follow toasted walnuts and a sweet hint of brown sugar.

Taste

Stewed fruit and more vanilla sweetness with classic Orkney peat for good measure before a hint of spice but not too much. The finish is sweet, long and delicious.
