Scent

Exquisite, full of passion. Very bright first nose (lavender, marshmallow, marshmallow) also softly licorice and lush (barley malt). After letting it breathe, the juicy aromas of comté cheese, flowering meadow and fruits (peach, pear, apricot) intensely capture the olfactory arena. Gradually, notes of vanilla, coconut milk and lemon meringue draw out the first stage of tasting.

Taste

Radiant, well balanced. The full-bodied attack is refreshingly herbaceous at first (barley field, fern). Very delicate, then the mid-palate becomes wonderfully rich (brioche, yeasted baguette). Then white peaches and pears release their deliciously tart juice onto the taste buds, while acacia honey flows voluptuously along the sides of the palate.
