The wine is excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with soft cheeses - brie, camembert, reblochon, as well as hard boiled conte cheese, with veal chop and young rabbit saddle with vegetables.

The wine has a green-gold color.

Scent

The nose reveals yellow fleshed fruit notes such as nectarines and apricots, followed by delicate brioche aromas.

Taste

The palate is round and full with a slight creaminess. Along with the yellow fruit, red fruit aromas now emerge. Pleasant and well-integrated acidity provides a fresh edge and a long finish.
