Smoldering coals and charred oak open the way for notes of honeyed raisins and plums.

Taste

Thick layers of peat smoke mingle with cloves and anise, followed by dried orange slices dipped in dark chocolate. On the finish, sweet notes of dried fruit, salty nuts and peppery oak emerge from the smoke.
