Fresh golden fruit, a splash of sea salt, supported by delicate herbaceous peat and a wisp of smoke. Over time, notes of apple, orange and pomegranate develop in the glass.

Taste

The sweet fruit continues to be supported by vanilla and oak from the barrel. Brief peat followed by cinnamon, led by spice with a hint of smoke.
