Whiskey Advocate
Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, this is a distinctive introduction to Aberfeldy’s signature Highland flavors. Golden syrup cake, plump raisins, and brown sugar, with hints of cherry and maple syrup on the nose. Syrupy and rich on the tongue, with gingerbread cake, heather honey, vanilla, baked orange, raisin, candied lemon, ground cherry, and a little singed oak. Caramelized ginger, smoke, and fudge round out the finish.

Whiskey is recommended to be consumed in its pure form with ice, as well as with the addition of a small amount of water, the drink is perfect as a digestif.
Color
Whiskey rich golden color.
Scent
Whiskey has an aroma with hints of heather, honey, light tones of dry malt, toasted toast and dried fruit. With the addition of water, the shades of honey are enhanced, delicate notes of apple in caramel are revealed.
Taste
Whiskey has a dense, sweet taste with hints of fruit and a long aftertaste filled with notes of spices, Seville orange and biscuit.
