Scent
Subtle, complex. In the first smell, aromas of freshly mown hay mix with notes of vanilla, candied lemon and Williams pear. After aeration, a thin layer of licorice, noble spices (cardamom, cloves), white flowers (lily of the valley, lilac) and coconut milk enrich the aromatic palette.
Taste
Clean, subtle. Exotic (pineapple, kiwi, banana) and mineral (chalk), the taste emphasizes medicinal (balsam) and menthol notes. Pleasant, medium taste smoothly returns to vanilla notes from the nose (custard, cream). The aftertaste is smoothly saturated with licorice (stick). The aftertaste is long, calm. While retaining some medicinal traces, the beginning of the finish is wonderfully malty. In perfect vegetal continuity, the finish reveals numerous aromatic plants (rosemary, savory, sage). Towards the end of the palate, fresh fruits (apple, pear) release juices that are both sweet and tart on the palate.
