Color
The color of Orange Colombo depends largely on the color of the rosé wine from which it is made. Its appearance can vary from orange-pink to light raspberry.
Scent
On the nose, the first notes are more related to orange peel, with a fruitier note of mandarin. There are also spicy aromas of mulled wine.
Taste
The flavors are divided between a fruity orange aroma and a more vegetal note of zest. The balance between sugar content and acidity makes Orange Colombo a very refreshing aperitif. Its taste, lingering on orange zest, is enhanced by bitterness in the final note.
