Taste
Taste The taste of wine is powerful, rich, concentrated, dense, well structured, with excellent acidity, which gives balance to the taste, pleasant texture and elegant, deep tannins. The core of the palate is filled with tones of ripe Morello cherries, licorice, earth and game, while notes of dried thyme and rusty iron provide them with support. The aftertaste is long, persistent.
