Description
Compatibility
Mixing with tonic transforms this gin into something else. The citrus freshness rises to the top to combine with the sparkling character of the tonic. Then the spices combine with the quinine to really pack a punch.
Color
Its color is a deep blue.
Scent
First, citrus freshness. Lime and lemon with a strong juniper undertone. Spicy herbaceous notes finish.
Taste
The citrus gives way immediately to herbaceous notes. Rosemary and thyme combine with juniper with a hint of lavender. But before it gets too complex, the citrus returns with a surprising freshness. The finish is long and complex. The citrus and spice continue to trade positions, but the juniper makes sure everything stays in place. There's a certain earthiness to the finish, as if the gin is finally resting after that Mediterranean dance.
