It goes well with fish and seafood, as well as salads and light snacks.
Color
Intense straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and light golden hues. Clean and bright, it shows glimpses of cheerfulness in the glass.
Scent
High intensity, without the usual clutter found in sulfur wines. Tropical fruits and ripe pome fruits prevail. It also has a fresh lemon character with a mineral background. Notes of white flowers and a finishing sweet character with honey and syrupy tones are perceived. A very complex nose that develops very well in glass.
Taste
Abundant acidity that accompanies the palate from start to finish. Its smoothness also predominates with a gentle background, characteristic attributes of the Garnacha Blanca variety. At the end, it leaves a slight bitterness full of elegance that adds complexity and resilience to the wine. The result is a perfect balance, always at a very high level of intensity.
