Description
Compatibility
A natural aperitif wine that also works through a meal's opening courses: starters, salads, charcuterie and light tapas. Its acidity and fine bubble also suit fried fish and fresh cheeses.
Color
Pale straw yellow, slightly hazy as expected of an unfiltered ancestral-method wine, with a fine and well-integrated bubble.
Scent
High intensity on the nose, with notes from the lees - brioche and creamy touches - over white orchard fruit, closing on a honeyed note.
Taste
Full on the palate with very good acidity and depth, dry and pure in style. Made from organically farmed Garnacha Blanca in the Yerri Valley by the ancestral method, finishing its fermentation in the bottle with no disgorgement and no added sulphites.
