Scent
Combines all the richness of an aromatic curve, both complex and refreshing. Subtle intense notes of orchard fruits combined with the character of nuts and stone fruits (lightly toasted almond flakes, frangipani, candied mandarin peel) and underlined by the radiance of floral persistence (acacia flower and rose petal).
Taste
Balance of tension achieved by the fullness of the wine (fresh yellow raspberry, fresh quince, honey biscuits and lemon caviar), symbolized by the behavior of noble aromas (fresh fig, liquorice and tomato "pigeon heart"). Texture with a strong personality, with its limestone imprint and incredible intensity, contained by its fully integrated low dosage. The finish with rare complexity develops towards notes of toasted bread and bergamot.
