Compatibility
This champagne is recommended to be served with dishes such as foie gras, fresh or grilled fish (with or without sauce), and lobster. Roast lamb or veal is also suitable. Cheeses that go best with it include Parmesan and Comté.
Color
Delicate gold color with sparkling highlights.
Scent
Aromas of fresh almonds and yellow fruits merge with toasted and grilled notes, as well as a subtle hint of dried citrus.
Taste
The fine chalky texture combines notes of candied lemon and a wonderful bitterness for a wonderfully fresh finish.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of this faithful collaboration, Bollinger has released an exclusive 2007 vintage, the superb Bond Vintage. Bollinger revisits the space shuttle Moonraker thanks to designer Eric Barthes and the Saint-Louis crystal factory. Available in a limited edition of 407 pieces, this pewter box features a St. Louis crystal bucket and a 2007 Bollinger magnum.
