Description
Deer (venison) terrine by Jean Brunet, a family charcuterie house in the French Hautes-Pyrénées making pâtés and terrines for more than 100 years, imported by Brezzo. Made without colourings, preservatives or emulsifiers. Spread on toasted country bread or serve with pickles and a glass of red wine. Store at room temperature; refrigerate after opening.

Pork fat, pork liver, venison 20%, pork cheek, salt, spices, nutmeg, pepper. Pork and venison of EU origin.
