The rum has a strong aroma of caramel and toffee with hints of vanilla, oak and dried fruits such as raisins and apricots.
Taste
The rum has a rich and velvety texture with a warm and pleasant taste. The taste is dominated by a mixture of sweet and spicy notes, including caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg, as well as a slight smokiness and a hint of dark chocolate. The aging process in oak barrels gives the rum a complex and delicate taste, which is also complemented by a slightly sweet aftertaste.
