Beautifully redolent of ripe peach and honeysuckle, violet and lavender notes emerge on the nose – balanced by vanilla and coconut cream from toasted American oak. A tropical fruit blend of melon, peaches, apricots and bright citrus comes to the fore, while the oak influence brings honey, caramel-vanilla custard and rich crème brûlée.

Taste

Luxurious and viscous, honey, toffee and fresh fruit cover the palate, followed by grainy notes of sweet, syrupy porridge, barley sugar and toasted oak. Bright tropical fruits follow and a subtle toasty oak presence with leather undertones, while honeycomb adds softness and sweetness.
