Top notes: fresh fruit, typical apples and pears, a little unripe, which is typical of our spirit. Then the pear falls with the apricot, and the pineapple in the fruit syrup rises in the next wave. Not lagging behind is vanilla oak in barley malt with a tinge of straw. After you warm the glass in your hand, you can feel the floral tones of juniper and honeysuckle. The longer the whiskey breathes, the more you will find on your nose.
Taste
The spice gives way to sweetness, and the pepper on the lips becomes mango and peach. Layer by layer of oak from the various barrels used to create this drama brings vanilla, lemon, honey, iris and a creamy buttery texture and mouthfeel. The second taste will surely bring notes of fruit, raspberries and strawberries, as well as notes of citrus and orange marmalade.
