The wine is recommended to be consumed as an aperitif. It also goes well with appetizers, tapas, lasagna, paella, seafood, fried and grilled red and white meats, mature and soft cheeses, lamb, game, and grilled freshwater fish.
Color
The wine is dark garnet-red in color.
Scent
The exquisite bouquet of the wine reveals seductive aromas of ripe black berries, star anise, pipe tobacco, violet flowers, leather and licorice, emphasized by the nuances of gravel and wet stone.
Taste
The wine has a rich, powerful, rich taste with a velvety texture and fairly dense, fine-grained tannins. Concentrated tones of blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and licorice are wrapped in mineral accents that linger in the aftertaste for a long time.
