Fine toast, spice, lemon zest, pie crust and roasted pineapple aromas. Flavorful and concentrated on the palate, with a full body. This is quite textural, broad and long. A serious, substantial chardonnay that went through adequate wood cultivation for refinement. Drink from 2025.
Wine Spectator
A harmonious white, with bright energy to its finely meshed flavors of Gala apple, apricot, crushed hazelnut, and vanilla- and ginger-infused pastry cream. Long and elegant, with good focus through the lightly spiced, fresh finish. Drink now through 2036. 670 cases made, 40 cases imported.
