A serious pinot grigio here, showing herbal and mineral notes to the creamy white fruit, sliced apples and nectarines. Really gastronomic, with a saline, mineral twist to the elegant fruit. Cool, fresh and very nuanced on the palate, followed by a chalky, subtle finish with very good length. Plenty of energy here! Drink now.
Wine Spectator
This bright white is supple and creamy on the palate, with rich hints of pastry cream and marzipan enmeshed with pretty flavors of ripe pear, peach skin, mineral and ground anise and ginger. Well-cut and lightly mouthwatering on the lingering finish. Pinot Grigio. Drink now through 2026. 2,400 cases made, 200 cases imported.
