Grapefruit, green apples and pears with an herbal touch. Medium-bodied, nervy and stony, showing citrusy yuzu flavor and a subtle bitterness. Incisive and saline in the finish, with great tension throughout.

Offers a seductive, crumpled velvet mouthfeel, along with gently steeped black cherry and black currant fruit flavors laced with alder, sweet bay and warm stone notes.
