Despite being a dessert wine, it is best paired with foie gras, oysters and mature cheeses, as the wine requires a very low-key sweetness to showcase its flavor in the best possible way.

Wine of golden lemon color with bright greenish highlights
Scent
The primary purity of the aroma is revealed by the freshness of herbs, notes of honey, grapefruit, apricot, pineapple and passion fruit, as well as acacia and apple blossom. The fragrance is based on white peach, pear, lemon and an intriguing orange note.
Taste
An elegant and incredibly balanced wine, round, with good structure and great depth. Sweet honey notes on the palate are framed by pleasant acidity. The aftertaste of amazing length seems endless, the finale is interesting and mysterious. Despite being rich and full, the taste of the wine is not sugary.
