Description
Compatibility
The wine will perfectly complement red meat and game dishes, be it beef medallions, venison with berry sauce or lamb in spicy herbs. Smoked meats, stuffed poultry, Parma ham and mature blue cheeses are also good gastronomic pairings.
Color
The wine is dark garnet-violet in color.
Scent
The deep, complex aroma of the wine is filled with tones of fresh strawberries, tobacco, black raspberries, red currants, shades of cedar, crushed plum, violet and undergrowth.
Taste
The wine has a solid, complex, powerful and flexible taste with dense tones of dark fruits and berries, notes of lead and graphite, silky but very hard tannins and an incredibly long, bright and clean aftertaste.
