The wine goes well with stewed or baked lamb, lamb, roasted goose or turkey, vegetable salads, Cuban black bean soup, Hawaiian chicken salad and cheeses. Before serving, it is recommended to decant the wine for 1-2 hours.

The wine has a deep purple-ruby color.
Scent
The wine is intriguing with its luxurious, multifaceted aroma, woven from notes of blackberry, cherry, tobacco and spicy spices.
Taste
The wine has an attractive, sensual taste with a beautiful balance between crisp acidity, smooth tannins and silky texture. Tones of ripe fruits and berries are harmoniously complemented by notes of licorice, cedar and spices (white pepper). The aftertaste is long-lasting, with tart cherry undertones.
