The wine captivates with a fresh, rather subtle and relatively concentrated aroma with tones of black cherry and currant, licorice and black forest berries, emphasized by subtle nuances of spices, candied orange peel and nougat. Restrained shades of chocolate, minerals and Sichuan pepper sound in the background.
Taste
The wine is distinguished by a lively, very fresh, bright and balanced, pleasantly abundant taste with fine, integrated tannins, soft texture, beautiful minerality and an elegant, persistent, harmonious, long aftertaste. The taste chord features notes of crushed blackberries and ripe strawberries, combined with unobtrusive shades of raspberries, juicy blackcurrants, licorice, as well as very restrained tones of violet and roasted hazelnuts.
