The wine goes well with meat dishes, especially Ribeye steak, and mature cheeses.

Wine of bright garnet-purple color.
Scent
The very rich and exotic aroma of the wine is filled with notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, black tea, graphite, lead pencil, chocolate-covered cherries, cedar, mulberry and menthol, backed up by nuances of garrigue, plowed soil and tapenade.
Taste
The taste of the wine is rich, dense, well-structured, with plenty of ripe, juicy tannins, clean notes of black fruits, hints of pepper, cinnamon, cloves and a velvety texture. In a long, fragrant, slightly salty aftertaste, notes of currants, undergrowth, fresh mushrooms and bark remain.
