Description

The wine will be an excellent addition to meat and game dishes, it goes especially well with venison, lamb and hare.
Color
Wine of deep garnet-violet color.
Scent
Quite a serious earthy aroma of the wine is filled with notes of truffle, arable soil, undergrowth and smoked meat, nuances of black and red currants, baked plums and lavender.
Taste
The taste of wine is rich, warm, dense, well-structured, with fresh acidity, tempting notes of toast, mocha, anise, wood spices, black tea, juicy tones of cherry and Kirsch, dark chocolate and oak. The finish is long, slightly mineral.
