The wine is perfect for meat dishes - especially game, grilled meat, poultry meat, as well as for pates and aged cheeses.
Color
The wine has a deep garnet-violet color.
Scent
Aromas slowly reveal notes of warming plums, blackberry pie and baked blueberries, as well as sparks of kirsch, licorice, camphor and charcoal.
Taste
Medium to full on the palate, with plenty of pulp in the middle of the palate and really ripe, soft tannins ending in many layers of blue, black and red fruit.
