The wine is amazing both in its pure form as an aperitif, and in combination with dishes of Spanish, Italian cuisine: pasta, roast Neapolitan, chicken in sherry in Spanish and others. It is also served with more refined French dishes: foie gras, truffles and white veal. It will make a wonderful pair with ham, Gorgonzola cheese and other blue cheeses.
