Compatibility
The wine is amazing both in its pure form as an aperitif and in combination with Spanish and Italian cuisine: pasta, Neapolitan roast, Spanish sherry chicken and others. It is also served with more sophisticated French cuisine: foie gras, truffles and white veal. The wine will make a wonderful pair with ham, Gorgonzola cheese and other blue cheeses.

The wine is a deep purple color, clear and sparkling.

The incredibly attractive aroma of wine delicately reveals hints of black cherries and blueberries.
Taste
In an energetic, superbly structured taste of wine, grainy tannins are combined with notes of fresh raspberries and noble nuances of bitter plums and cherry jam. The aftertaste shows shimmering tones of spices and apple wood.
