Compatibility
The wine is amazing both in its pure form as an aperitif, and in combination with dishes of Spanish, Italian cuisine: pasta, roast in Neapolitan, chicken in sherry in Spanish and others. It is also served with more sophisticated French cuisine: foie gras, truffles and white veal. Petrus makes a wonderful pair with ham, Gorgonzola cheese and other blue cheeses.

The wine has an intense, deep, multifaceted aroma. It combines notes of ripe fruit and rich touches of blackberry against the backdrop of elegant tannin lace. Luxurious, generous, seductive bouquet.
Taste
Refined and bright taste of wine has a good concentration, excellent structure and soft, velvety texture. The palette is dominated by fruit and berry accents framed by fine-grained tannins and delicate vanilla nuances. Long, harmonious, memorable aftertaste.
