Precise, complex aromas of cedar, blackcurrant, graphite and spice, ripe blackberry, plum, black cherry, vanilla and fine wood.
Taste
The palate is particularly creamy, spicy and linear. Tannins give this vintage density and length. Woody notes of chocolate, cedar and black fruits give way to a smoky and floral finish. Fresh acidity is underscored by a subtle leafy note of Petit Verdot. The finish also has a mineral-salty note.
