The aroma of beer is dominated by notes of sweet malt, dark fruit, pear, Christmas baking, caramel, nuances of white pepper and smoke.
Taste
The taste of beer is powerful, relatively dry, creamy, sweet-tart, with a high carbonation, a lot of tones of sweet dark fruits and dried fruits (dates, figs, raisins, plums), notes of bread, caramel and pear, nuances of spices (anise) and licorice. The aftertaste is lingering, complex, with hints of pepper.
