It has a light golden color.
Scent
On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of green apple, ripe citrus and subtle brioche notes, resulting from a long period of maturation on yeast. Its olfactory complexity is enriched by subtle almond nuances and minerality, typical of the terroir of origin.
Taste
On the palate, it surprises with its lively acidity and balanced structure. Fine, persistent bubbles caress the palate, leaving a sensation of long-lasting freshness and impeccable sophistication. The finish is clean with a lingering aftertaste of citrus and toasted notes that invite a second sip.
