Dom Perignon P2 Rose 1995 is a special, rare rose Champagne from the Plenitude 2 collection. The P2 line is based on the idea of a Champagne's evolution through extra-long ageing on the lees. After more than 15 years on the lees, the wine reaches a new level of depth, energy and complexity. Rose 1995 is especially prized by collectors for its rarity, harmonious mature style and expressive character. Dom Perignon releases P2 only for vintages that, in the cellar master's view, reach a new peak of expression after long ageing. The rose versions of P2 are made in extremely limited quantities and are among the most sought-after Champagnes for collectors.
