The bright-orange color is impressive, as are aromas of chamomile and light fruit teas, orange peel and truffles. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture, very polished and soft, showing dried oranges, salted butter and light caramel. A unique aftertaste. So gorgeous and rare. Drink and enjoy.

The color is bright pink with golden hues.
Scent
Seductive notes of black cherry, dried fig and rose contrast with deeper notes of nutmeg and cocoa powder, ending with a finish of toasty notes, smoke and ash.
Taste
The taste reveals softness and roundness, even richness. The amazing aftertaste ebbs and flows, juicy and sour, revealing notes of spice and dried citrus. The additional aging on the lees seems to have enhanced the fruit flavors of the red berries, with the additional layers of complexity coming from the yeasty character. Overall, this is a powerful rosé that still tastes so young.
