Dom Perignon Rose 2008 is made from grapes of one of the most outstanding vintages of the 21st century in Champagne. A cool growing season and slow ripening of the grapes made it possible to preserve exceptional acidity, aromatic precision and perfect balance, thanks to which 2008 is considered one of the greatest years in the region's modern history. The Lady Gaga Edition is a limited collector's series created as part of the collaboration between Dom Perignon and Lady Gaga, first presented in 2021. For this collaboration an exclusive design of the gift box and the bottle was developed, reflecting the singer's creative vision and the House's philosophy, founded on a constant striving to create and to reimagine the boundaries of art.

    Its noble structure and expressive freshness make this champagne an excellent accompaniment to tuna carpaccio, beef tartare, lobster, seared scallops, duck breast, quail, black truffle dishes and aged cheeses.

    Deep salmon-pink colour with copper highlights.

    The complex, expressive nose opens with shades of raspberry, wild strawberry, blood orange and pomegranate. Gradually, notes of rose petals, violet, spices and shades of fresh pastry appear.

    An energetic, multi-layered and balanced champagne with a silky texture and expressive acidity. The palate combines red berries, citrus zest, pomegranate, spices and fine mineral shades.
