Deep ruby colour with garnet and slightly brick-red hues, characteristic of mature great wines of Burgundy.

The multi-layered, complex bouquet unfolds with notes of ripe cherry, red wild berries, rose petals, violet, undergrowth, truffle, spices and tobacco. With aeration it becomes finer and deeper, showing the refinement characteristic of Romanee-Conti.

Beautifully balanced, with a velvety texture and outstanding depth. The wine has lively acidity and ripe, silky tannins that create exceptional harmony and elegance. The palate reveals shades of red cherry, raspberry, dried flowers, spices and undergrowth. The finish is long and complex.
